[SCOPET] [ONLINE] [Capacity Building Seminar]
Hi guys,
Hope you are all doing well! We wanted to announce the registration form for the capacity building seminar we had previously posted some general details about in the MMSA Coordinators '20-'21 Facebook group!
All current MMSA coordinators, assistants and class reps are invited.
The training seminar will be held on Thursday, 6th August from 5pm to 9:30pm.
Due to recent developments regarding the COVID-19 pandemic we have decided to host this seminar online on Zoom, not at Ħandaq Middle School as was previously planned. This is to ensure your safety, the safety of the professional speakers who will be joining us and to uphold our responsibility as medical students when it comes to safeguarding public health. The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent on the MMSA Coordinators '20-'21 Facebook group on the day of the seminar.
The seminar will consist of a series of talks which will help you gain some of the knowledge that will support your growth as active MMSA members! These talks will be delivered by professional speakers.
We encourage members of the same team to apply for different talks!
The deadline for registration is Sunday, 2nd August at 23:59 CEST!
Update: We have decided to move the deadline for registration to Monday, 3rd August at 23:59 CEST
Certificates of attendance will be sent via email after the seminar only if both the pre-evaluation form (part of the registration form linked above) and the post-evaluation form (will be sent on the MMSA Coordinators '20-'21 Facebook group after the seminar) are filled in!
The official agenda of the seminar will be posted in the MMSA Coordinators '20-'21 Facebook group in the coming days.
