Calling all First Years and Active Members who are interested in becoming MMSA Peer Educators for the current term! SCOPET, SCORA, and SCORP are excited to host this collaboration to present you the various Peer Education Sessions for this term!

What is relevance of Peer Education Sessions?

Peer education sessions are one of the primary ways in which Medical Students can become active within MMSA through outreaching efforts across various primary and secondary schools in Malta and Gozo! This will not only help you teach students a variety of topics relating to lifestyle and health but will also help improve your presentation and public speaking skills!

This Workshop will be 1 of 2 in the month of October which will adequately prepare you to give peer education sessions! Through this workshop, aspiring MMSA Peer Educators can learn all of the essential skills, such as public speaking and presentation skills, in order to effectively conduct these sessions on topics concerning sexual, mental, and children's health.

The SCOPET team together with SCORA and SCORP will walk you through all of the different sessions you can give this term and provide you with tips and techniques on how to make these sessions as interactive as possible!

When? Wednesday 19th October 5-7pm

Where? Lecture Room 4/5

Certificates of attendance will be given to participants once the pre-evaluation forms and post-evaluation forms are filled in.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!
