[SCOPH] [E-Bug Program] [Educational sessions]

Hey Everyone,

MMSA Public Health together with the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and the Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control Directorate is once again participating in the E-Bug project which involves a series of peer education sessions given to children on microbes, the importance of hand and respiratory hygiene and antimicrobial use.

This project involves a series of two educational sessions with the same class on 2 days of the same week at Skolasajf Summer Schools from the 4th to the 27th of August. Participants must commit to giving both sessions within the same week at the same school with the same class. Sessions will take place from 9am-10.30am on the following days:

  • 4th and 6th August - Gzira
  • 18th and 20th August - Pieta
  • 25th and 27th August - Qormi

All MMSA participants will receive certification from the Ministry of Health acknowledging their input to the project.

Anyone interested in joining our E-bug team kindly apply through the following google form by the 31st July at 23:59.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, only 1 person wearing a visor will be allowed per class to give the session.
